Reduction in overall property tax revenue under a 2 percent property tax levy limit using last revaluation year

Severe impact is defined as a reduction in at least 20 percent of overall property tax revenue, very high impact as at least 15 percent (but not more than 20 percent), and high impact as at least 10 percent (but not more than 15 percent). All 24 counties except Rockingham and Vance received a federal disaster declaration from hurricanes Matthew, Florence, and/or Helene.
