Washington County's District 2B Surrounds Hagerstown

Delegate Brenda Thiam (R-Washington) was appointed by Gov. Hogan on Sept. 23 to replace now-Sen. Paul Corderman (R-Washington) in representing District 2B, which includes Hagerstown and closely surrounding areas.
