Over the second week of October 2025, the number of Manhattan apartment and townhouse contract signings fell 5% to 199 deals, totaling over $400 million in potential sales if all units close at their asking prices. This marked a 17% decline in total dollar volume week-over-week. The median last asking price slipped 13% to $1.21 million, while the average time on market fell to 93 days.
