Correlation of Population Frequencies, TokuKit-fixed vs. Fresh Whole Blood

These data show the correlation between fresh whole blood and TokuKit-fixed specimens from three healthy donors. Each point represents the correlation of the cell population's frequency between fresh and fixed whole blood specimens for an individual donor. Specimens were processed on Teiko's 25-marker Spectral Flow Cytometry panel.
