Southeast Minnesota counties affected by pulled CDC funds

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention pulled back $11 billion in COVID-19-related grants from state and local health departments during the week of March 24, 2025. At least four counties in Southeast Minnesota were affected. Most had at least one more year before their grants were set to end.
