SLO County Regional Housing Needs Allocation Progress, 2019-24

At around the 60% mark on the current 2019-2028 Regional Housing Needs Allocation, San Luis Obispo County has permitted just under half of all units required for unincorporated areas. While the county has permitted around 83% of the required number of above moderate-income homes, it has permitted just 1% of the required number of very low-income homes.
