Complaints and appeals to the Civilian Police Review Board from 2005 to 2024

In the almost 20 years since the Civilian Police Review Board started tracking complaints, 276 complaints have been submitted about the Urbana Police Department. In the same timeframe, the Civilian Police Review Board has only seen 68 appeals — where 64 were submitted by one complainant in 2020.
