PSC Rate Cases - Post CLCPA

New York's landmark climate law, the CLCPA, requires the state to mostly phase out the use of climate change-inducing fossil fuels like gas. But the state's utility regulator, the PSC, continues to approve rate hikes to pay for gas infrastructure projects.
