Percent Change Over Time in Town Populations from the Vintage 2023 Estimates

The most negative percent change from April to July 2020 was seen for Mansfield (-29.9%), New Haven (-3.2%), New London (-2.4%), Windham (-2.3%), Enfield (-2.2%), New Britain (-1.9%), Somers (-1.7%), Montville (-1.7%), Middletown (-1.6%), and Hamden (-1.4%). Of these, Mansfield, New Haven, New London, and Middletown saw more than a 1% increase in their estimated population from 2020 to 2021.
