The data shows that while appointment volumes have increased across all practices, growth is much stronger among those making greater use of online appointments. The top 10% of practices for online appointments saw a 28.1% rise in total appointments over the period, compared with 9.5% for all practices and 5.3% for those not delivering any online appointments.
