Using the Next Gen data, you can see which quarterbacks performed on a level under or over than expected. Drew Bress completed 74.3% of his passes, but his expected completion rate was 68%. One player who scored below their expected level was Josh Allen. Based on the passes he made and other factors, he should have had a completion rate of 62.6%, instead, it was only 58.9%.
