These archetypes are: Simplifiers, who are motivated by ease and speed; those Paying for Expertise, who are motivated by confidence and convenience; those Seeking Immigration Stability, who are motivated by a desire to stay in good standing with immigration agencies; those Weighing Effort, who decide to file only if the refund seems “worth it”; those Surviving with Safety Net, who avoid filing out of fear it could jeopardize existing benefits; those who Consistently Owe and are concerned about not having enough money to pay taxes; those who are Misinformed / Unaware, who believe their income is too low to require filing or assume ineligibility for credits.
