States that have enacted legislation or passed a resolution to make daylight saving time permanent if the U.S. Congress allowed it

*Arizona and Hawaii plus American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands observe standard time year-round.
