Chipola College Master Plan (2025–26). The Chipola College Master Plan is the institution's strategic roadmap for quality, accountability, and continuous improvement. Part of the CoMPASS planning framework, it aligns college operations with state education goals, accreditation standards, and community needs. The plan is organized around eight goals: 1. Enrollment, Retention & Completion — Remove barriers and strengthen student support to help students start, stay, and finish. 2. Distance Learning — Ensure online courses match on-campus quality and outcomes. 3. Student Preparation — Build academic and career-ready skills for university transfer or direct employment. 4. Dual Enrollment — Offer rigorous college courses to district high school students. 5. Campus Environment — Maintain safe, attractive, and well-equipped facilities. 6. Resource Management — Exercise financial accountability and operate within budget. 7. Regional Development — Align programs with local workforce needs and enrich the community culturally and socially. Institutional Excellence — Sustain accreditations and consistently meet or exceed Florida College System benchmarks. Progress toward each goal is tracked through measurable outcomes, ensuring Chipola not only plans for success — but verifies it.
