Dual Enrollment — Offer rigorous college courses to district high school students. 5. Campus Environment — Maintain safe, attractive, and well-equipped facilities. 6. Resource Management — Exercise financial accountability and operate within budget. 7. Regional Development — Align programs with local workforce needs and enrich the community culturally and socially.
