U.S. Support for International Engagement Declined Since 2020
This chart shows the percentage of Americans by party affiliation who agree that it will be best for the future of the United States if the country takes an active part in world affairs.
Chart shows that Democrats have much higher support for U.S. engagement with the rest of the world than do Republicans or Independents. However, all three groups have seen their support for international engagement drop since 2020.
