*“No primary” denotes candidates who did not appear on the primary ballot for one of three reasons: (1) they were unopposed after the filing deadline and the primary was cancelled; (2) they ran as a third-party or independent candidate and advanced directly to the general election, as is the case for Gregory Levy, the sole congressional candidate in this category; or (3) they sought a local office for which there is no primary election.
