Estimates for Colorado TABOR refunds for tax years 2019-21 (June 2019)

The projected TABOR refunds from the Legislative Council include income tax cuts for tax year 2019 and sales tax breaks for all three years. Taxpayers receive the refund in the following calendar year. The property tax credits are not included in these numbers. Prop CC would not apply to tax year 2019.
