St. Paul Public Schools in-person and distance enrollment

As the St. Paul school district reopened its elementary schools for in-person instruction Feb. 1, 38 percent of students in early childhood programs or grades K-5 still were enrolled in the district's Virtual Learning School. That includes 52 percent of Asian-American students.
