As cases of COVID-19 surge in New Hampshire, outbreaks at long term care facilities are rising. The federal government has imposed a vaccine mandate for employees of healthcare facilities that rely on Medicare and Medicaid dollars in an attempt to protect some of the countries most vulnerable residents. Employees of the below facilities will be required to be fully vaccinated by Jan. 4, the Biden Administration announced last week. Here is how each facility's vaccination effort is going so far:
