Approximately 65% of matched Manhattan resales sold for more than their prior price. Among gainers, the median resale increase rose to 26%, due to strong appreciation at the upper end of outcomes.

As in prior weeks, results are widely dispersed, with stronger gains generally tied to longer holding periods and lower purchase prices, while more recent buyers, particularly at higher price points, continued to see more muted or negative performance. Units in pre-war buildings in historic areas generally saw more appreciation compared to post-war counterparts.
