Percent increase in non-BA "good jobs" 1991-2015 in the Deep South 

While workforce development leaders in Mississippi have tried to paint the state as a leader in high-paying jobs for people without bachelor's degrees, Mississippi isn't a leader in the increase of those jobs, even among the South alone. The portion of Mississippi's workforce in high-paying jobs without a bachelor's degree has increased 33 percent since 1991.
