On average, Darden MBAs earned $152,500 to start, beating out both the Wharton School ($149,143) and Stanford GSB ($147,500). At $143,125, That said, Darden’s numbers are based on just 4 students. UCLA Anderson MBAs earned more than their counterparts at Chicago Booth, Northwestern Kellogg, ad MIT Sloan – all ranked in U.S. News’ Top 5. Overall, there were four programs where one or more MBAs collected starting paychecks of $200K in 2022: Virginia Darden, Wharton School, Columbia Business School, and UC Berkeley Haas.
