By six months, the adjusted cumulative incidence of an FTA Warrant for detainable willful flight offenses increased after the PFA in both rural and urban counties examined.

FTA warrant rates for other non-detainable offenses remained fairly stable.

These rates account for guilty pleas and dismissals as competing events and estimates the probability that a defendant experiences an FTA before either experiencing a competing disposition or reaching the end of the 6 month follow-up.
