Manhattan Residential Apartment Sales | June 1 - 7, 2025

Last week, Manhattan recorded approximately $440 million in apartment closings across 231 sales, including two sales over $10 million. All of the top ten sales were condos, with more than half from buildings Downtown. For the second week in a row, the top sale was a West Chelsea penthouse that closed north of $23 million.
