Positive tests for coronavirus are growing in N.J.

New Jersey has worked for months to build its coronavirus testing infrastructure and now conducts tens of thousands of tests every day. This summer, positivity rates dropped to under 2%, a good sign in the state's efforts to control the disease. But they have been rising ever since and now exceed the 5% threshold that public health experts say is cause for concern.
