Center City Retail Leasing Transactions

Total square feet for new retail leases in Center City fell from over 135,000 square feet in the 4th quarter of 2019 to less than 9,000 in the 2nd quarter of 2020. New leased space by the 4th quarter of 2022 was still less than half of the square footage from three years prior.
