Percent of students in each congressional district that attended a CEP school in 2022-23 that would lose CEP under the current proposal of 60% and elimination of grouping

Source: Author’s analysis of individual school ISP eligibility via 2022-23 Common Core of Data and Food Research and Action Center’s 2022-23 CEP database.
Notes: This data reflects the percent of students that attended a CEP school with an ISP below 60 percent in 2022-23 as a share of all students in the congressional district, regardless of ISP data. States are required by statute to publish ISP rates for schools near-eligible for CEP. If schools are missing ISP data, it is likely that they are not eligible for CEP and are counted as ineligible for the purpose of this analysis.
