Over the last week of October 2025, the number of Manhattan apartment and townhouse contract signings rose 24% W-O-W to 262 deals, totaling over $680 million in potential sales if all units close at their asking prices. This was an 11% increase in total dollar volume week-over-week, helped by ten units asking over $10M finding buyers. The median last asking price increased to $1.48M, while the average time on market rose to 109 days.
