Data shows year 2050 estimate of the number of properties facing any risk of flooding, by top districts.

Smaller cities or municipalities in the state, with fewer properties, may have a greater proportion of their total properties at risk of flooding. But other areas, such as the city of Virginia Beach, have a higher total number of properties at risk of flooding.
