2022 MBA Pay: Retail

In the Retail industry, UC Berkeley’s Haas School graduates averaged the highest starting base pay. At $153,333, Haas bested its nearest rivals – the Wharton School and Yale SOM – by roughly $4,500 and $7,000 respectively. Overall, the largest salary -- $190,000 – was doled out to a Wharton MBA.
