GROUND BEEF PRODUCTS UNDER PUBLIC HEALTH ALERT
The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service issued a public health alert for raw ground beef products packaged on March 28, 2024. The items in question, with a use/freeze by date of April 22, 2024, and establishment number “EST. 960A,” may be contaminated with the bacteria E. coli. The products listed below were shipped by the Greater Omaha Packing Co. to retailers and food service institutions nationwide.
