Manhattan Residential Apartment Sales | August 24 - 30, 2025

The week before Labor Day, Manhattan recorded $216 million in apartment closings across 122 sales, including one deal above $10 million. Downtown sales accounted for most of the top transactions, while the highest new development sale was at 96+Broadway on the Upper West Side.
