Ukraine tops list of worldwide aid destinations
In 2023, countries and organisations sent over $38.9 billion USD in various forms of aid to Ukraine; over four times more than the next country, Syria. This made up approximately 17% of the $223 billion spent on aid worldwide by OECD countries.
