Results where Board of Revision decision has been made

The Lucas County Board of Revision has heard 5,268 cases as of July 24, 2025. A decision has been made in 5,110 of those hearings, with most resulting in a decrease in property value. Seven cases resulted in an increase in value, and there was one homestead appeal.
