Singapore: Purchase funnel conversion rates for major Online Travel Agencies

Conversion rates are calculated by dividing each metric’s score by the column left of it, multiplied by 100. Awareness is divided by 100% of consumers in the market.

Awareness: % of consumers who have ever heard of a brand | Conversion Rate = (Awareness ÷ % of consumers) × 100

Consideration: % of consumers who would consider a brand the next time they are in the market for a particular product or service | Conversion Rate = (Consideration ÷ Awareness) × 100

Purchase Intent: % of consumers who are most likely to purchase from a brand (out of various brands they would consider) the next time they are in the market for a particular product or service | Conversion Rate = (Purchase Intent ÷ Consideration) × 100
