Personal-Injury Cases Decline In Philadelphia

The number of cases filed in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas in the four largest personal-injury categories declined from 15,698 in 2017 to 13,028. The majority of the decline is in motor vehicle accident lawsuits.
