The graph below shows the absolute change in weighted fractional count (WFC) for each state between 2012 and 2016. California, Massachusetts and New York have seen the largest drop in WFC, whereas Nebraska, Texas and Pennsylvania have seen a small increase in their contribution to the index. A table at the bottom of the page lists every state and their absolute and relative change in WFC from 2012 to 2016.
