Towers changing ownership

The RBC Gateway Tower -- downtown's newest and glitziest office building -- has sold while Capella Tower -- the second-most expensive office tower in the city -- is reportedly on the market. Those moves come after the recent sale of LaSalle Plaza, which sold at a steep discount.
