% of Students Experiencing Nonconsensual Sexual Contact (NSC) Involving Force/Incapacitation Since Entering Cornell  

NSC was defined as penetration (including attempted acts involving physical force), kissing and/or sexual touching, and/or choking or strangulation. Force/incapacitation includes the use/threat of physical force; incapacitation due to drugs or alcohol; the use of coercion; and the absence of affirmative consent.
