After the ACA, Americans 50 to 64 used less health care

Before the Affordable Care Act took effect, one in five Americans ages 50 to 64 had gone to the hospital in the previous two years, and one in 100 had gone to a nursing home. After the law's passage, fewer Americans used those expensive services.
