A chart shows the partisan control of Congress and the president from the 113th Congress starting 2013 to the current 119th which started in 2025. There have only been three Congressional sessions that saw one party control both chambers and the White House: Republicans controlled Congress and the White House during the 115th and 119th Congressional sessions, and Democrats during the 117th Congressional session.
