Odds change

The 14 teams that do not make the playoffs are assigned odds of winning the No. 1 pick via the draft lottery

Currently, draws are made to determine the top four picks and then the rest of the teams are ordered by record. Any team can earn the No. 1 pick but no team can fall more than four spots.
