Prioritized areas for COVID-19 vaccines

Areas of California scoring in the bottom 25% of the California Healthy Places Index are now being prioritized to receive 40% of all COVID-19 vaccine doses allocated by the state Department of Health Services. In Valley counties, those census tracts are shown in red on this map, including 43 of Stanislaus County's 91 tracts. Zoom in and click or hover on an area for details.

Note: The Healthy Places Index percentile is on a scale of 0 to 100. It denotes what percentage of statewide census tracts in which a specific neighborhood ranks higher on the index. Example: A percentile score of 15 means that tract ranks higher than 15%, or lower than 85%, of all California census tracts.
