Manhattan Residential Apartment Sales | August 3 - 9, 2025

Last week, Manhattan recorded over $400 million in apartment closings across 191 sales, including five deals above $10 million. Five sales topped $10 million, and new condo developments and conversions dominated the top ten, with four on or near Billionaires’ Row at the southern end of Central Park.
