There have been 33 cases at the ICC, some cases involve multiple defendants and multiple crimes. Crimes of aggression can be tried at the ICC, but the ICC has not tried one as of August 2025. Offences against administration of justice include actions such as giving false testimony and corruptly influencing or intimidating a witness or official.
