Potential status of awarded and expiring FY 2022 Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act grants 

There may be over $500 million in Fiscal Year 2022 grant funding for over 50 projects expiring after September 30, 2025. View the list awarded but unobligated projects we identified as potentially at risk of having funding expire here. The status of federal obligations is not easily determined using public sources, and we encourage concerned stakeholders to check in on individual projects. Due to the fact that many awards were awarded under both fiscal years 2022 and 2023, it may not be possible to determine the exact amount of funding at risk of expiring for each project and program without access to USDOT financial data.
