How has the size of your paid church staff changed since the beginning of the pandemic?

Data from over 1,600 churches indicates that between 2021 and 2022 over half of churches (56%) made no changes to the size of their staff. The remaining churches were almost evenly split between increasing (23.7%) and decreasing (21.4%).
