Charles Adair turns self in

At 1:20 a.m. on July 4, Charles Adair turned himself in to security officers at 7th Street Casino. Police took Adair to the nearby Wyandotte County Jail, where he was medically refused. At 3:12 a.m., he was transported to Providence Medical Center for treatment before being discharged at 4:25 a.m. He would return to the jail and be booked in at 5:41 a.m. on July 4.
