This is a lookup table that can be used to see the vaccination rate for the measles-mumps-rubella vaccine in Fort Worth area schools. The chart is color coded. Schools that are likely at herd immunity, with 95% of students vaccinated and above, are green. Schools that have between 91 and 94% of students vaccinated are nearing herd immunity, and are colored yellow. At schools that have 90% or less of students vaccinated, a measles outbreak is possible. Those schools are colored red.
