The GRE Advantage For MBA Students At Top Schools

This recent analysis by ApplicantLab showed that MBA applicants submitting GMAT scores to highly selective programs had to generally be in a much higher tier of test takers versus the GRE.

* Collected on 2/28/23 from schools' websites, the GRE self-published percentile chart, and the GMAC published percentile chart. Every best effort was made to copy these down accurately, but if you see an error, it's accidental; please let me know! In some cases, if a range was presented, I assumed a normal distribution, took an average, and then finally, rounded up if applicable. It's not going to be perfect but my goal here is to paint a picture that is directionally correct, *NOT* to create a scientific treatise to be presented in front of the global statistics tribunal! Also note that a few "top" schools didn't have GRE info easily available, so those schools are left out.
